WMX Gear Review

Welcome back!

This week I wanted to give you my opinion about women motocross gear! More specifically Troy Lee Designs. As you know, I have been riding for quite some time and have gone through numerous jerseys, pants, helmets etc., and out of all of them, I am AMAZED by how well TLD pants fit me.

To give you a better understanding, traditional riding pants usually fit a man’s body structure the most i.e saggier crotches, baggier legs and butt areas. This for most women this does not work well. Women typically would wear tighter pants in all those areas so trying to find the best riding pant is very hard.

It is hard trying to find the right pair of women riding pants because there are very limited options out there. Unfortunately since this is a male dominated sport, there will obviously be more options for men and very little options for women. That’s why, when I got my first pair of TLD pants, I fell in love!

However, we do not live in a perfect world…TLD has pretty much cut-off their women’s line. I actually just checked their website, and they officially do not have a women’s moto page anymore. This is obviously very disappointing to me because I LOVE their pants and jerseys.
